Meet the Team
Virgil Irwin
Virgil grew up on a ranch in Western Oklahoma, learning the value of hard work and dedication. He came to know the Lord at 14 and soon after dove into short term mission work. The Lord called him to reach those who had never been reached and so the journey began. He completed a degree in Cross-Cultural ministry while running a business, becoming a pilot and gaining aircraft mechanic ratings. Now, Virgil serves as our leader, pilot in Niger and aids in business development.

Aaron Kouri
Aaron is passionate about fostering a movement of Jesus both in the United States and internationally. He has participated in mission work in the Philippines, New Zealand, and in the United States. For the past six years, he has dedicated himself to learning how to make disciples who, in turn, make more disciples. Aaron currently is discipling young men in his home state of Oklahoma.
He practices as an Emergency Room RN at Saint Anthony's Hospital in Midwest City. Aaron plans to combine his medical expertise with his discipleship skills to equip teams for ministry work around the globe. As a stateside representative, Aaron plays a key role in bridging the gap between partners in the United States and our missionary team in Niger.
Mackenzie Irwin
Mackenzie serves as medical supervisor for MA Global. She has a heart for all people and a desire to see the Kingdom move. From a young age, Mackenzie was aware of the strong calling that the Lord had on her life. Mackenzie is passionate about meeting people where they are at: physically, mentally, and spiritually. Mackenzie’s desire is to use her knowledge of nursing to open doors into the hearts and minds of people that otherwise would be closed to the gospel. As medical supervisor, Mackenzie oversees all healthcare related efforts on behalf of MA Global.

Mercy Kouri
Mercedes has a background in missions and discipleship training. Her passion for Jesus compelled her to spend a year in the South Pacific leading and coordinating outreach teams to remote islands. The past five years she has devoted herself to becoming student of Jesus with the intention to help others do the same. She believes the Kingdom moves through intentional life on life discipleship and has committed her life to learning how to make disciples intentionally. As the stateside partner, she uses her gifts of creativity and organization to accomplish administrative tasks as well as help equip teams for service.
