Why Niger?
The People
With so many forgotten and poor places on earth, how did we end up in Niger and why are we working there. This story begins with a desire to reach those who have never heard the Gospel and serve those in need. MA Global was founded with the vision to reach unreached people groups. Niger is almost entirely unreached (98%) with large groups of people who have never heard the Gospel in their own language. Niger is almost entirely Muslim and we have answered the call to go where few are working.

Local Partnerships
We have been truly blessed to partner with Hosanna Institute of the Sahel in Niger. They are a local ministry run and operated by individuals who are from Niger, understand the culture and speak the many languages. It is our belief that Hosanna will be the catalyst that brings real change on a large scale to this part of the world. We have partnered with Hosanna because we strive to introduce the Gospel to every corner of Niger. By partnering with local leaders we are able to more effectively bring lasting change, and see the Gospel touch every tribe, tongue and nation. One of our core beliefs is that we build on local leaders, meaning, at any point if we look around and the ministry is reliant on us to survive we have done something wrong. We work behind the scenes training, equipping, and mobilizing the local believers to bring the Gospel to their people.
What we are doing
Wings Over Niger
Our first major project in Niger is a project called Wings over Niger. In order to reach our goal of seeing the Gospel preached in every corner of Niger we have committed to bringing aviation to serve the Ministry in Niger. Our goal is to mobilize local believers and resources to reach previously unreachable areas of the country. We will be flying Evangelists, teachers, supplies, medical evacuations and anything that spurs us forward in reaching the lost.
Emergency Aid
Since the military coup in Niger in July 2023, the country has faced significant political instability, leading to a worsening humanitarian crisis. The disruption of governance and economic activities has resulted in an increasing need for emergency relief. We have recognized that basic emergency relief is more crucial than ever and are working to provide essential aid, including food and medical supplies, to the affected populations. Our efforts aim to support those most vulnerable during this turbulent time, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to survive and recover. We are partnering with the leaders of the Hosanna Institute of the Sahel in Niger to efficiently distribute these vital resources, leveraging their local knowledge and networks to reach communities most in need. Together, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by the crisis.
